Returning item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

When you ship a returning item, it may take 3 days for us to receive your package

 

The refund will be processed the same day it was received. It will take an additional 3 days - to one week for your bank or credit card company to process and lost your refund.

Pls allow up to 7 days for the entire refund process to be completed

 

We will notify you once we've received your return and issue your refund immediately. Keep in mind, it can take between 3 days to one week for your credit card company to process and post your refund.
